Damaged Product Policy
If you receive a damaged product, please report it at the time of delivery or immediately after receiving the order with clear photos/videos.
Damaged products will be eligible for return or replacement only if the damage is reported at the time of delivery/unboxing with proper proof.
Any damage caused after delivery due to use, mishandling, or customer-side damage will not be eligible for return or replacement.
